Refund and Return Policy

Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic, clinical, or diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, dosing, injection, ingestion, or administration of any kind and are sold strictly for Research Use Only.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of biochemical research products, Encore Aminos cannot accept returns of products once the original seal has been broken (vial cap removed).
In order to guarantee the quality and traceability of our products, Encore Aminos cannot place any product that has been shipped back into inventory. To protect our customers from increased pricing, Encore Aminos will only accept return requests for unopened products (vial cap intact) within 7 calendar days of delivery.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that Encore Aminos products are sold for Research Use Only and are not for human or animal consumption. All products are independently lab tested to validate each batch for quality and strength. Encore Aminos provides no claims regarding results in unauthorized use.
2. Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements are exclusively provided under the following verified conditions:
- Evidence of physical damage or loss during transit.
- Verified laboratory analysis demonstrating a failure to meet specifications.
- Shipment of an incorrect catalog item.
3. Claim Process
All claims or return requests must be submitted to support@encoreaminos.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. For purity disputes, please include your HPLC methodology and results. Our team will review all data before a refund or replacement will be authorized. Approved refunds will be made to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
