Products are shipped in protective packaging via the method chosen at checkout.  Encore Aminos may substitute shipping methods, to include carriers, with an equivalent or better delivery timeline.  When free shipping is offered, that shipping method is at the discretion of Encore Aminos.  Tracking information will be provided when available.  Shipping is protection included.
